Anatomy Nerd:

Many of you are familiar with the benefits of using a  foam roller. The technique is called SMR which stands for Self Myofascial Release. Here are some ways this supports your body:

Medication/hesitation:

How many of your daily food intake is GREEN? If its just a few, take a look at this list of Green foods and start adding them to your Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meals!

Breakfast Greens: Spinach, Broccoli, green apple, kiwi

Lunch Greens: Kale, Spinach, celery, cucumber, seaweed, aloe leaf, avocado

Dinner Greens: Collard greens, green beans, peas, brussel sprouts, bell pepper

Think of your food as medicine. Our bodies are made to heal themselves when given the proper foods that support our Body. When we choose to eat unhealthy foods, our bodies systems cannot function properly and begin to fatigue.
